Now serving as Secretary of MassCar, Jim has been with the club since its earliest meetings at St. John's Church in Quincy. Although his models do not exhibit the extensive engine and chassis detail of some prize winning dragsters, their careful finish and old time curb appeal have won several trophies at model car contests around the Northeast. Like most of us, he has seen several models in the works at the same time. Needless to say, over the years they seem to have piled up, so there are now quite a few on the back burner. He expects to finish a couple of them this year; hopefully we'll see them at the MassCar show in Taunton on April 21, 2002.
